Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cool Rand ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Cool Rand is a free 3D random decision-making web application that allows users to create custom decision lists and randomly select from them via a spin wheel. The Service also provides preset quick tools (coin flip, dice roll, random number generator). Data is stored locally in your browser by default. If you choose to sign in with Google and enable cloud sync, your data will be uploaded to and stored in Supabase for cross-device access.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
• Understand that the outcomes produced by the Service are random and should not be relied upon for any legally binding, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, 3D models, animations, and branding, is the intellectual property of the Cool Rand developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs or vulnerabilities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Cool Rand developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any decisions you make based on the random outcomes generated by the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
